Madonna mad about 'Music'

Madonna jumps on the mp3 music piracy bandwagon after her new unreleased single entitled "Music" is leaked out onto the internet and finds it's way to millions through mediums such as Napster and MP3 promoting websites.

The title track was apparently leaked long before it's intended release date, making Madonna a pretty angry pop star. "It's a work in progress", says Madonna's manager who's mainly upset because the song was not finished with production work and did not sound anything like how the song on the album will sound.

There is also some anger about her rights as an artist being violated. Warner Bros. is also claiming to follow up with legal action against any entity that makes their copyrighted material available through any medium that is not specifically given permission by Warner Brothers.

Warner Brothers is also suing Napster along with Recording Industry Association of America coalition for making all the songs on their label available to the masses
